讓老婆開心且滿足回家,是個很棒的購物體驗。 / 硬體部分:之前是3樓臨時櫃位,後面移至2樓的正式櫃位,裝潢相當俐落且氣派,座位不多,我想應該就是為的能讓每一個客人得到良好的服務品質及環境。 / 服務部分:去了幾次,每次去都覺得服務很好,店員也很熱心積極的服務,老婆都能挑到很喜歡的飾品,所以服務感受上是滿意的,只是有次人潮眾多,店員也無法及時服務,有客人不太滿意,但我想這也無法避免,人很多本來就無法掌控,服務量能就是固定,員工也只能概括承受一線的壓力,可以體諒,實在值得表揚。

逛街路過看了一下 順手帶走一條八千多元的手鍊回家 因為女性友人比較喜歡另外一款 在兩個禮拜之內回來換貨 在沒有任何損壞或是汗漬的使用前提下 (全新)服務人員都很熱情地幫我處理 真心覺得APM雖然也是精品店 但沒有一般精品店的傲氣(有些精品店的員工站的連看你一眼都懶XD)
I went shopping and took a look at it. I took a bracelet of more than 8,000 yuan and took it home because my female friends liked the other one. I will return it within two weeks. They are very enthusiastic to help me deal with it. I really feel that although APM is also a boutique, it does not have the arrogance of ordinary boutiques (some boutique employees are too lazy to even look at you XD)
