★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都會名園的地址實際龍呼二段149之49號，但經常有外送員依照谷歌地圖把要送到基隆路二段149號(富邦銀行該棟大樓地址)的餐點往都會名園這邊送，每天至少有十多位外送員誤送至都會名園來，造成該棟管理人員諸多困擾，也增加多餘的交叉感染風險。
The address of the Metropolis Park is actually No. 149-49, Longhu Section 2, but often delivery staff follow Google Maps to deliver meals to No. 149, Section 2, Keelung Road (the address of the Fubon Bank building) to the Metropolis Park. Every day, at least a dozen delivery staff are mistakenly sent to the Metropolis Park, causing a lot of trouble for the management staff of the building and increasing the risk of unnecessary cross-infection.
