別間店半小時幫我換好電池，這間卻要我把機子放店裡一天，第二天才能去取，第二天時間到了還是沒弄好，給我拖到半夜。
交機給她的時候明明只有電池問題，結果我回家幾個小時之後打電話來說我home鍵壞了，硬要凹我修，我不爽，說不修，只換電池，從此我的home鍵就被這間不知道怎麼給弄壞了，直到最後還是沒給我解決。
第一次見到這種爛服務，真是開了眼界。

I insisted that it be repaired. I was not happy. The key was damaged by this room for some unknown reason, and it still didn't solve it for me until the end.
It was an eye-opener to see this kind of crappy service for the first time.
