深諳我們觀光客來,就是要邊吃邊拍，待我拍完食物美照，
老闆就會很熱心的講解鬆餅怎麼吃，咖啡怎麼喝。
鬆餅必點，口感酥脆郤又不乾，不管是沾著鮮奶油吃，或是淋蜂蜜吃(不是一口氣淋到鬆餅上,老闆會教怎麼淋)，口味都相當好。
咖啡口感也不錯,可以依個人口味選擇淺培或中深培的口味。
是一間1人店，(過年期間造訪,只有老闆1人)，所以適合不趕時間的人來慢慢品嚐。

The boss will be very enthusiastic about how to eat muffins and how to drink coffee.
The muffins are a must-order, they are crispy but not dry. Whether they are dipped in fresh cream or dipped in honey (not poured on the muffins in one go, the boss will teach how to pour them), the taste is quite good.
The taste of coffee is also good, and you can choose light or medium-dark flavor according to your personal taste.
It is a 1-person shop (visited during the Chinese New Year, only the owner is 1 person), so it is suitable for people who are not in a hurry to taste it slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one heck of a place. The owner is not kidding about the best waffle place in Taiwan. Please give him time to properly make it. Please do remember to book if you plan to dine during weekends.
The coffee there is also very decent and I very much like what he has to offer. The latte is also very well done with a very selected milk.
