★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目前上了兩期,老師很有耐心,每一個體式都是詳細說明後,循序漸進的練習,學員遇到身體限制時,老師很有經驗的會使用輔具協助或其他調整,讓學員依然可以盡量感受到該體式所要練習的部份,也會觀察學員狀況隨時調整節奏,是會想推薦給朋友的小班教室~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因緣際會來到這裡上空中瑜伽課程,從零基礎一步步踏實的學,學習穩健的根基,才不會傷到自己的身體,老師會耐心的用完整的指令教導,避免受傷,完全不用擔心跟不上或做不到,來這裡一段時間,開始學會和自己的身體溝通,真的是很棒的課程?
Karma will come here to take aerial yoga classes, learn step by step from the ground up, and learn solid foundations so that you will not hurt your body. The teacher will patiently teach with complete instructions to avoid injury, without worrying about following I can’t do it or not, it’s really a great course to come here for a while and start to learn to communicate with my body?

( 地板瑜珈 & 空中瑜珈 雙管齊下??)
以正確的動作舒展筋骨,
對身體真的很有幫助、養生 ??
動作偏向緩慢的、精雕細琢,很紮實!
能讓人充分觀察自己身體的感受與變化 ??
也因為是小班制,
所以老師照顧得到每一位學生~?
而且會一直調整呼吸,?
對於個性很急、脾氣很差的我而言,
完全符合:修身養性??(??)
我筋本來就很硬,
所以腿會痠、有時會爆汗~
? 明顯有把筋骨拉開的感受!
? 平常鮮少運動的部位,也有充分舒展!
? 而且可以矯正自己以往錯誤的施力方式!
第一次體驗瑜珈課時,
本來以為隔天會鐵腿之類的??
(平常到底筋奪硬??)
沒想到居然沒有!!??
反而是感受到身體變輕鬆的舒暢感~~~
到現在,每次上完瑜珈課,
隔天都會感受到身體格外地輕鬆、舒服許多!
(真的是身心舒暢~?)
我認為瑜珈沒有所謂的厲害不厲害;
而是對自己的身體到底有沒有幫助!
找到合適的老師,很重要~~~
「安心學習」正位、拉筋、核心、等等;
且「不用擔心」施力錯誤,
無形中讓身體受傷,而造成反效果!
? 來 瑜珈,我真是來對地方了!✌?

Finally started my yoga path~ ??
(Floor Yoga & Aerial Yoga two-pronged approach ??)
Stretch your muscles and bones with correct movements,
It's really helpful for the body and keeps good health ??
The movements tend to be slow, well-crafted, and solid!
Allows people to fully observe the feelings and changes in their body ??
Also because it is a small class system,
So the teacher takes care of every student~?
And I will keep adjusting my breathing, ?
For me, who has a very anxious personality and a bad temper,
Fully in line with: self-cultivation ?? (??)
My tendons are already very hard,
So the legs will be sore and sometimes sweaty~
? Obviously feel like pulling the bones apart!
? The parts that are rarely exercised are also fully stretched!
? And you can correct your wrong way of exerting force in the past!
When I first experienced yoga class,
I thought I would have iron legs the next day ??
(Usually the muscles are hard? ?)
Unexpectedly, there is not! ! ??
On the contrary, I feel the sense of comfort that my body becomes relaxed~~~
Up to now, every time I finish a yoga class,
The next day, I will feel that my body is particularly relaxed and much more comfortable!
(Really refreshing body and mind~?)
I don’t think yoga is so powerful or not powerful;
It's whether it helps your body!
It’s important to find the right teacher~~~
"Learning with peace of mind" position, lajin, core, etc.;
And "don't worry" the force is wrong,
Invisibly hurt the body, causing counter-effects!
? Come to Yoga, I really came to the right place! ✌?
