雅司家具價錢親民、設計也不錯 但有幾點購買經驗提供大家參考: 1. 店員會把現場出清品以特價方式矇騙消費者購買: 購買前詢問是否為現場出清品,店員再三說不是,結果等了好久,貨送到時,我們經由貨運司機得知購買的為現場出清商品? 2. 一旦付費,就算商品沒有拿到或是遲遲尚未送達,都完全不可再要求退費: 我們發現購買的為出清品,因為深感被騙,又等待商品送達多天(本來店員說5-7天會送到,我們等10天了也沒收到),要求退費,店員回答他們公司沒有退費選項,等於是強迫消費! 3. 商品若沒有不斷追蹤及催送,您購買的商品可能根本不知去向: 我們急著需用家具,因退費不成,店員說要請公司重做一組新的(誰知道是不是真的?)並告知我們再等7-10個工作天,苦苦等了兩週,家具去向無聲無息,直到我們自己打電話追蹤,家具才總算到達..... 以上是我於嘉義雅司家具的購買經驗,提供給大家參考~

Once paid, even if the item is not available or has not been delivered yet, it is completely impossible to request a refund: We found that the purchase was for the clearing, because it was deeply deceived, and waited for the goods to be delivered for many days (the clerk said that it will be delivered within 5-7 days, we have not received it for 10 days), ask for a refund, and the clerk answers them. The company has no refund option, which is equal to forced consumption! 3. If the product is not continuously tracked and rushed, the item you purchased may not know where to go: We are in a hurry to use furniture. Because the refund is not enough, the clerk said that I would like to ask the company to redo a new set of people (who knows if it is true?) and told us to wait another 7-10 working days and wait for two weeks. The furniture went silent, until we called and tracked it, the furniture finally arrived.... The above is my experience in the purchase of Chiayi Yasi furniture, for your reference ~
