四個人點了雙人套餐再加點招牌菜,很滿足!豬肝捲口感特別。紅蟳櫻花蝦米糕、老魯醬鴨、蒜味炸雞……白玉糕加了櫻花蝦,很香……喜歡的可以外帶。

特別的是用扁魚取代培根放在沙拉裡
增添了油質的香味以及脆脆餅乾的口感
是一種很臺菜的表現方式
-烏金拼盤(套)
裡面有烏魚子、蝦棗、豬肝捲、去骨油雞、蟳丸
蟳丸是臺南傳統香腸熟肉攤會有的元素
這裡特別精緻的做成螃蟹的形狀
味道比較淡一定要沾醬油膏還有黃芥末一起吃
蝦棗也能說是蝦捲比較好想像
因為長得像棗子所以得起名

辦桌會有的羹
可能精緻一點
但少了紅醋的靈魂
-烏魚子炒飯 or 櫻花蝦米糕(+300可升級紅蟳)(套)
烏魚子炒飯把所有配料都切的很細
炒飯粒粒分明也不會過分油膩
米糕中規中矩
但真的比流水席上的好吃很多
味道比較清淡一點

最厲害的就是他們的杏仁凍
杏仁凍的味道百分之百
喜歡的應該很喜歡
不喜歡的人也值得吃吃看這麼直接的杏仁

超好吃 整個鑊氣滿滿
鱔魚跟洋蔥也給的非常多
除了醋味有一點太多之外
是很值得點來吃
-炸龍膽斑佐特製塔塔醬 $480
炸的皮很像排骨便當裡面的排骨
對就是因為在便當有點潮濕掉的皮
塔塔醬很臺式美乃滋感很強
加上虱目魚脆餅蠻特別

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點美味,但整體服務待加強
慕名阿霞已久,這次下台南便特地前往停車方便的三井店一親芳澤,但總體來說失望大於滿意,算不上愉快的體驗。餐點口味本身問題不大,算得上美味,對得起收費水準。但是問題出在「外場服務」不佳。從餐廳的官網和整體裝潢可以窺見經營方有意轉型追求突破,但是很多服務上的細節不到位,十分可惜。從其他人的評論也能看出多數不滿意的評價多半出在服務上。希望下次若有機會再前往不會再碰上這些狀況。
問題一:營業時間標示不清。
不像總店寫得很清楚只作用餐時段,三井店在官網的營業時間寫著「1100 am - 0930 pm」,但實際前往卻撲了個空,因為非用餐時段不供應餐點,只提供飲品。哈囉?請問這規矩在哪裡有清楚公告?更不用說你今天是開在商場裡欸?這樣不親切的營業時間就算了還不清楚公告,是和客人有仇嗎?於是只得隔天再跑一趟,浪費時間。
問題二:服務生明顯訓練不足。
撲空的第一天,抵達餐廳門口時櫃檯領位人員感覺很放空,向她表示「兩位」,得到的反應是「蛤?」然後才表示是非供餐時段。
隔天再次前往,現場服務依舊差強人意。一位看起來資歷尚淺的服務生總是從奇怪的位置由客人背後上菜,整理桌面時也不會出聲招呼,只是一聲不吭地撤去餐盤。用餐到一半,另一位服務生突然前來詢問是否需要加點滿額優惠的蘿蔔糕。但店家有活動的話,理應是一開始帶位後就該介紹了才對。
由於用餐後便要返家,想外帶一杯咖啡在路上提神,於是出聲向服務生詢問是否可以外帶。但就這麼小小一件事也無法現場答覆,也沒有詢問咖啡是要冰或熱,服務生與其他人討論了一會兒之後才拿著熱飲用的杯子返回表示可以外帶。當下也懶得再詢問外帶是否可以做冰咖啡,直接放棄了外帶的念頭。
最後,另一位看起來較老練的服務生,在餐後來招呼的第一件事不是關心當日的用餐體驗,而是來傳達「給五星好評就招待甜湯」。可以理解開幕不久或許需要衝評價,或是老闆有交代要KPI,但是店家似乎忘記了有比那個更重要的事情。這樣的服務不值得五顆星評價,因此只好婉拒了招待甜湯的誘惑。
問題三:店內略嫌悶熱。
不知道是空調開得不夠強還是其他原因,在店內用餐時覺得頗為悶熱。但是由於連串不愉快的體驗,因此也懶得反應,只想快快吃完走人。出了餐廳就感到商場涼風徐徐,看來店內確實是較為悶熱。

大推蝦棗/豬肝卷有別於本店的料理手法,多了一層酥脆口感,卡滋卡滋的,很涮嘴~
鱔魚意麵酸爽脆口,有別於北部的鱔魚糊糊的口感,新鮮的鱔魚果然不一樣,一定要試試看!!!!
紅蟳米糕有別於市面上油膩膩的口感,比較清爽,超好吃!!!螃蟹非常新鮮~
西瓜綿石斑魚湯超濃郁~不是那種稀稀淡淡的西瓜綿湯,有不腥,怕魚味的人可以放心點~
清蒸娃娃菜/櫻花蝦高麗菜/炸紅豆年糕也都不錯~
有任何需求跟服務員反應,馬上會處理~

此次碰巧在三井逛逛,當然就選擇來品嚐一下!
服務人員的態度很好,也會一直關心的詢問口味是否滿意??
我跟朋友說「感覺鹹了點」
朋友說「辦桌菜都是這樣的,所以以前都要配上一杯蘋果西打」
因著這樣的對話而勾起了吃辦桌菜的回憶?…..
環境的色調讓人感覺放鬆當中有著活力,空間也舒適!
一個人或兩個人就能來品嚐一下的美味。
他們也有販售冷凍包裝,可方便家中自行加熱的快速料理。
