曾經剪髮首選,近兩次去頭髮都被剪壞, 有一次不指定,造型師幫我剪完上電棒當下未察覺有異,到家洗完頭才發現是頭髮被打薄剪層次,留了好久的頭髮被剪的像狗啃,參差不齊,久久一段時間都很鬱悶, 第二次終於留長一點,去有指定造型師有幫我修掉剪壞的髮尾,也說好之後留長再慢慢修掉之前層次打太高的慘樣, 第三次去一樣指定第二次同樣設計師,有告知跟上次一樣把頭髮修一修,結果剪完看起來有點毛躁,當下以為是自己髮質變差,回到家仔細用手一抓才發現,又被剪層次跟打薄,跟第一次遇到的設計師一樣,到現在每每看到鏡子裡自己的頭髮都感到難過, 打薄剪層次不是問題,問題是剪的雜亂,問題是有告知過不需要層次及打薄,不知道是設計師太忙了嗎 一次次信任被打擊後,不敢再試了

決定收回之前給店家的五星評價,因為店家/設計師不重視客人的預約與時間,這是我第一次遇到這樣的髮廊,預約了,設計師卻不知道跑到哪。 今日13:25致電預約YOKO剪髮,店家回覆當天下午14:30可以安排。 14:30到達店裡,櫃台打電話通知YOKO,這才回覆我YOKO「出去辦事了,趕不回來」,還說「他沒有告訴我們他出去了」。後來櫃台連車子有點突發狀況這樣的理由也說出來了,我不知道哪個原因才是真的。 但事實就是,如果有將客人的預約放在心上,車子發生狀況不是應該請櫃檯提早通知客人嗎?那怕幾分鐘前都好,怎麼會等到客人到了,櫃台通知了,才說趕不回來。 我不知道到底是哪個環節的問題,但總之,我就是興致沖沖然後白跑了一趟。 幾年前預約YOKO也有類似狀況發生。(幾年前有分店,不知道是櫃台還是設計師交代有差錯,讓我從A店跑到B店再跑回A店)

I don't know which link is the problem, but in short, I just got excited and ran for nothing. A similar situation happened when I made an appointment with YOKO a few years ago. (There was a branch a few years ago, I don't know if it was the counter or the designer who made a mistake, so I ran from store A to store B and back to store A)
