The ugly service of the lady at the counter left me with a clear and unforgettable impression. It was really the branch with the least choice, the worst training and the least equipment at Citi, so I had to change to Wuquan West Road. Or Taiwan Avenue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This atm is extremely hard to find and there was a weird man hanging around the ATM. He stared at me the whole time while I was withdrawing money. In a hurry I left and realised that I left my card behind. I quickly went back but the card was already gone within 30min. 100% certain it was that man who took it as it was at night and he was the only person hanging around near the atm...
Final thoughts: this isn't a safe area to withdraw money because of the people lingering around. Also the system should be improved where the order is insert card->take card->insert pin number to ensure that the client takes the card instead of leaving it for those men lingering around! This system of taking the card before the money is given, is a common standard internationally..
