★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上從其他銀行匯款數百萬元到土銀中山分行，下午到土銀請櫃檯幫忙刷存摺本子，本來想做1~3年定期存款或買份人壽保險單，然而櫃檯女(老)行員，完全沒有服務熱忱，做事慢吞吞的，口中還喊著錢還沒有匯到，之後接了一通友人打來的電話(時間五分鐘以上)，後來掛完電話才又說錢有匯進來了(無言!)，我只好默默承受並離開。想說這家銀行應該淘汰舊品換新血了，新的員工訓練新氣象，會讓客戶感覺舒服一點。
