★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021 04/14上午11：00 9號櫃檯，為什麼有顧客可以直接伸手進入櫃檯拿取客戶的資料，從一堆客戶資料選取自己的資料，而不用經由行員的手？其他行員看到了也都沒有反應，隱私不都外洩了，真可怕！以後還是減少這間銀行的往來比較好。
At 11:00 AM on April 14, 2021, counter #9, why can some customers directly reach into the counter to get customer information, and select their own information from a pile of customer information, instead of using the hands of the clerks? Other crew members didn't respond when they saw it, and their privacy has not been leaked. It's terrible! It would be better to reduce the number of transactions with this bank in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴行年輕的女行員蔡佩紋，服務熱忱態度好，雖然有不懂但是虛心請教旁邊的男行員，同樣也是耐心指導，當時有老先生插隊要求處理，也是好禮說明協助，我是高雄人暫時停留南投一陣子，埔里台銀是全國之光，您們的行員真的值得我們讚賞。
Cai Peiwen, a young female clerk of your bank, has a good service attitude. Although there is something she doesn’t understand, she humbly asks the male clerk next to her. She is also patient. After staying in Nantou for a while, Puli Taiyin Bank is the light of the whole country. Your staff really deserve our appreciation.
