像今天我等了要半小時以上才能兌換外匯，心情差死了。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務真的太好了，人又親切，好多為了服務民眾午餐兩三點才吃的人。今天去辦了活存轉定存的事，是7號櫃檯的女服務員跟服務台的鄭嘉緯先生幫我處理的。他們解說都很清楚，態度也很好，但同時也很心疼他們幾乎沒時間吃飯喝水上廁所，只能說謝謝你們。若台銀台東分行主管有看到，也請讚揚上述兩位職員，謝謝你們。
