非常糟糕的經歷。 因為非自己的原因個人信息發生改變,到岡山台銀更新個資。 櫃檯人員直接問:為什麼要改? 我回:有官方錢款要進賬,對方發現個資有變動,匯不進來,需要更新後才能操作。 (不到萬不得已沒有人想專門跑銀行一趟修改個人信息資料。) 櫃檯人員斜眼看我:是薪資進賬嗎?怎麼可能進不來,是哪一家公司?你把公司電話給我,我幫你說。 我:......(心裡一萬匹...奔騰而過) 隔壁桌的櫃檯人員:對啊,只是個資改變怎麼可能進不來? 然後我忍住請求主管來協助,最後在台銀待超過3小時,等待填寫資料,才把申請更新個資的申請單和相關文書準備好。告知我需寄回高雄分行,修改好7個工作日之後再回岡山台銀進行下一步。
