★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年換新鈔去過很多家都正常，就這家鳥事特別多，前幾年只能三萬(意思是我換15萬要排隊5次，櫃檯要忙5次），今年臨櫃竟然是新鈔不够

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/15到分行辦理社區委員換屆印鑑變更程序，服務品質已經改善很多了，或許是人不太多的緣故，在等候時警衛先生還過來告知服務櫃台順序下兩個就到我們了，等候約10分鐘就叫到我們的號碼了，服務人員態度也很親和，還是我們運氣比較好輪到親切姐姐的原因？
只是同樣是更換印鑑，台銀的程序確實比較繁雜，印鑑卡上有的人員都要到場對保(可以另約時間)，其他銀行都只要主委到場即可，雖然近年來詐騙洗錢案層出不窮，銀行也要防範詐騙集團的人頭洗錢帳戶，但是社區因為變更委員需要變更印鑑的情況，每年都需要經過區公所的核可及國稅局統一編配書的認證，等於是已經幫銀行多了兩道把關的程序，為何還要同一般帳戶的監管嚴格程度？如果能簡化一下繁雜的程序，辦理的經驗滿意度將會提升很多，請台銀客服部門的主果考慮一下吧！
