「陳..」專員，欽點一位客戶的百鈔，18萬，可以點半小時，用機器點鈔還可以數30幾分鐘…真的很離譜，效率極低，出納窗口只有「陳..」專員
後方已累積將近10幾位等候出納客戶，是公股銀行人手不足，無法支援呢？或是其實效率就是慢慢慢？

讓人髮指的服務態度
不明白手續 不明白的事 去服務台詢問
得到的態度 就像是：你到底在問三小？
莫名其妙受氣 態度無敵差 儘管身旁有同事
也沒有人去制止這樣的服務態度
當下 真應該請主管出來！
難道這就是臺灣銀行的服務態度嗎？？？？？
大家這麼厲害沒有疑問的話 為什麼還需要服務台
