It was my first time to apply for a foreign currency transfer at the counter. Fortunately, Mr. Gao (assistant manager) at the counter was friendly, patiently explained to me, and helped me solve the problem. Thank you very much to Mr. Gao and his colleagues!
During the process, I forgot to cancel the registration of the ID card, which caused a panic. I'm very sorry ?♀️
