ㄔ It's been 20 years, and the taste hasn't changed much. The braised soup is not oily or salty. Personally, I like noodles very much.

Dry noodles are recommended. The taste and serving size are somewhat different from the previous founding store. The environment is dim and the attitude is acceptable. It used to be more valuable than famous stores. The founder is currently in the Taichung store, which is still the taste of the founding store.
