下午兩點開門,約13:45到,前面已經有七組在等,但進去的時間蠻快的(可能前面的人也是天使,結帳很快?)14:10就買完了? 可麗露覺得不錯,外面焦香裡面濕潤軟嫩,巧克力司康也好吃,感覺巧克力佔的比例比麵粉多哈哈~但費南雪和瑪德蓮就很普通,費南雪吃起來有爆米花的味道? 買了四樣就要200多,真的不是很便宜?

開店前三十幾分就開始排隊,每次只能進去三位。所以你前面有人,開店後繼續排。 這邊路小難停車。要附近停好再過來。 售價頗高,一沒注意拿結帳還沒一袋就九百多。櫻花思康90,哈密瓜三明治110 杏仁可頌可能是比較早的時間做,沒什麼酥,哈密瓜三明治的白色夾餡味道是鮮奶油,有點像是以為在吃鮮奶油蛋糕但蛋糕體換成吐司了這樣?。布丁80元算量少但口感超滑細,非常好吃,不過塑膠蓋很難蓋。 太妃糖鹽之花脆餅感覺硬比酥脆多。比較不喜歡的口感。 最喜歡肉桂可頌捲跟可麗露。

試圖想戒卻戒不掉這家麵包,事隔一年多又忍不住想念了,於是14:30左右趕緊去排隊,還好週一的排隊人潮不驚人,大約10分鐘即可入店挑選麵包嘍!(假日至少30分鐘起跳哦) 這次很節制,只買了英式石窯吐司、雙起司法國、梵谷起士軟法、杏仁可頌、鹽司康,把未來ㄧ週的早餐都備起來了! 通常我都把麵包放冷凍庫保存可維持在最佳狀態,屆時常溫解凍後回烤的香氣和口感依舊非常美味。?

星期一下午4點半左右到達這家名店,開在巷子裡,附近都是住家,不方便停車!到店家門口排隊,前面有3個人,據說店裡面只能進去3個人,大約10分鐘左右就入內選購!擺設麵包品項不多,詢問下才知道下午2:00點開始販賣,熱門品項已經賣完了,明日請早囉⋯⋯ 選購4樣麵包,花費318元,抹茶紅豆吐司一條(約7片)135元,麵包體是軟Q口感,不是鬆軟型的,紅豆不多,口味不甜!日式紅豆38元口味普通一般!杏仁可頌65元原以為是上面灑了杏仁片,結果吃到表面有層杏仁茶味道(個人無法駕馭這味道)!椒煸小魚明太子軟法80元,味道鹹香,有餡料讓人一口接一口的吃!

Boulangerie Pangolinis very famous in Taichung even other city people will know it, take too high expect on bread cause the flavor I don’t’ really like it.

Love this artisan bakery, their croissant is buttery and tasty and their baguette is flavourful. Good ingredients with price ratio value, worthy of revisiting. It'd more lovely and eco-friendly to choose paper bags packing each bread...

Lovely little bakery located in the Nantung district (old part of town), they use high imported high quality flour, good butter and various interesting ingredients to create their bread products. Classic French baguettes are ranked top 5 on my list, fun little oolong milk tea buns are unique. Croissants look amazing but I haven’t had the chance to try (we don’t really do breakfast), scones seem to be another signature (I’m not a fan), and the white breads (吐司麵包?)is what I’d like to try next.
