Personally, I think Resurf's bartending is creative and thoughtful. The most impressive is the mix of lactic acid + milk made after centrifugation. It looks clear, the mouth is sour and refreshing, and the fine product will have the mellow milk, which is very special. Other bartenders are also very good, but the names are not easy to remember?
