★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely bar on our favorite beach in Taiwan. Open till 12am so great for sundowners as well as night caps. Needs more options on the menu though, especially food wise. Reasonable price considering it's part of the Caesar Park Hotel. The staff remembered our preferred drinks after only couple of visits, which I thought was a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place for a sundowner. Sometimes there is live music with quite good performers. On our last visit you had to pay a "minimum fee" for drinks. This dosn't fit to this location. But perhaps this changed in the last time. And as I remember, the drinks didn't got the quality I expected for the price.
But for the location and ambience I give 3 Stars.
