Weisswurst is actually very close to the German sausage from Costco. I don't think they know what Weisswurst is.
No point going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spot for Western-style brunch. Bright farmhouse decor with a couple of nods to Belize, but otherwise unsure what the connection is.
Menu plays it safe: burgers, fry ups, pancakes etc. Enjoyed my order. Had the fried karage chicken and pancake set, which were pretty reasonably priced for the area at NT179 and come with your choice of tea or black coffee. Would eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and the food was fresh. I do think it would be helpful to be able to speak Mandarin here. The menus are in Mandarin but there was one with English written in for the titles of the dishes. You can use google translate but it can be a little hit or miss. The tea was good and there were different options like seafood pasta, risotto and omelet with small pancakes.
