2021年五月前往購買護色洗髮精,到了6月底覺得使用上有點奇怪搓不出泡沫,當時不以為意的繼續往頭髮上抹,沖水時無法直接沖掉,我用了指甲把卡在頭髮上的洗髮精刮了15分鐘才解決,這時候檢查才發現製造日期為2017年12月且有效期限為3年,代表我在購買時就已經過期,告知店員狀況店員回覆可以再給我一罐新的以及一張8折券下次購買商品可以使用或者是可以挑選其他商品並折抵相同的價錢,雖有馬上告知補償方式,個人認為不是很有誠意且遇到這種情形一次就會對此店的產品產生疑慮,此店的理髮與染髮服務非常好但如果有向店員購買產品請自己先好好確認是否過期

沒預約直接到現場洗加剪很多次 覺的都還不錯 但是今天的體驗感真的很差 如果我今天沒預約到現場等侯再久都合理可以接受 但是我都提早幾天前預約好時間洗加剪 想說弄完頂多1小時應該差不多 高高興興的準時到店 還有個客人沒弄完也能理解 正常等個20分鐘內也合理 以為還在處理的客人剪完下一個就換我 結果等了40分鐘 時間上安排好的聚會來不及要離開 才發現在弄第2個客人 也沒跟我說明 只能快回家自己整理好出門 過年期間漲價很忙就算了大家都知道 但是這樣明知道有客人預約了 還硬接客人 那我預約那麼準時到做什 把預約好的客人不當回事 這樣的服務態度差評 預約是塑膠做好看的?誠信呢? 應該是不缺客人 我早上就能過去了 想說約定2點兩就2點過去 我守約了你們公司有? 電話中有告知提早到現場? 我沒看到電話來電呀 是幽靈打來的嗎? 需要我po手機的通聯紀錄嗎 我到現場在外面我確定時間剛好 我還有掃碼的時間紀錄 你們要先把承接客人弄完 正在處理的第一個客人我沒話講 第一個客人弄完了 要弄第二個客人有跟我通知? 而且我到的時候第二個客人就在那邊了 這樣叫下一個順位? 如果你們有溝通跟我說要等 我就不會在那邊白等四十分鐘 再來講我都有預約了 所以現場沒預約過去的客人比先預約好的約定重要就是了 這樣預約的客人預約做什 直接過去卡位就好了呀
