★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從8月中旅行社回復刷退4800元的程序,說8月底會完成;到9月初反映未完成多次,會計和客服一直遲遲不處理,結果騙說10/8辦理刷退,但信用卡公司和金流公司都說沒收到刷退的申請,要消費者再洽詢旅行社。超過2個半月都尚未完成刷退退款的動作,一間老字號的公司,這樣值得消費者相信嗎?

客服原本說代轉收據會在出團後7日內寄出. 但後續每次打電話過去詢問都只會說會再請財務盡快在本週寄出. 到現在都還沒寄出.
如果有要代轉收據報帳用的請三思

The customer service originally said that the forwarding receipt would be sent within 7 days after leaving the group. However, every time I call in the past, I will only say that I will ask Finance to send it as soon as possible this week. It has not been sent yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一家退費不處理、很差的旅行社, 3月底將旅遊票券寄回去申請退費,中間多次聯絡請他們儘快退款,永遠只會回答:持續請會計作業中,到現在快2個月了,還拿不到錢,也不過就1千多元而已,真的是誠信很差、爛透了,令人傻眼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全沒有誠信的旅行社,說好要退款,也回覆7-10個工作天會退,時間到了卻說會計出差,又要等候。
line客服很不ok,一點也不積極,要客人一直追問一直追問,而且還不一定會回覆你,電話客服也只會回覆「轉告line客服後續處理。」
收款後的售後服務很差很差,要選此旅行社,真的要三思再三思。
*連一顆星,都不想給。
A travel agency with no integrity at all, promised a refund, and replied that it would be refunded within 7-10 working days, but when the time came, it said that the accountant was on a business trip and had to wait again.
The line customer service is not ok, not positive at all. If you ask the customer to keep asking and asking, and they may not reply to you, the phone customer service will only reply "Tell the line customer service for follow-up processing."
The after-sales service after receiving the payment is very poor. If you want to choose this travel agency, you really have to think twice.
*I don't even want to give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我們因之前參加過一次雪霸覺得還不錯,所以後來在去年底購買了司馬庫斯, 從2月份說沒空房延到4月份又沒空房,到底要不要這麼滿載?
後來說好要退款,也回覆7-10個工作天會退費,從4/19號提供資料後就一直被鬼打牆 表示 每周都說本周會退費,會計到底是有多忙?現在已經6/2了,卻還沒有退款完畢,整個非常沒有誠信。
line客服也是要回不回的,不然就是已讀不回,是在拖欠甚麼意思?
麻煩明確給個確切退款時間吧
