★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coaches are nice and passionate. They are eager to help and will spend time with you. Not many types of equipment but they will train you efficiently and smartly with its 1 by 1 course. Even simple push-ups, they will help you do in the right way, so you won't hurt yourself. Really enjoy doing workouts in such a comfortable space.
