★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大家跟這間店租車前務必三思，他的定型化契約沒有跟隨行政院消費者保護會版本更新，本人在去年10月底跟他預約租過年期間車輛6天，並支付訂金一萬九千元，但是家裡後來有點事情，在12月初告知店家不能租了，希望他可以返還定金，依照最新版的契約在10日前告知即可退還全額，他卻說要5000元作為損害賠償，自此之後就不接電話，然後人也幾乎都沒有在店裡，最後告到消保官，協調會兩次都沒有出席，也都不接電話，非常的惡劣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初面對面談妥還車時間與金額，並且再三確認後才簽妥租車合約，等到隔天還車時卻不承認，也沒有當面對質，只電話說就是溝通誤解？坑人的店怎麼樣都不會再去第二次。硬是要多收費，還說不是錢的問題？除非想要多付費不然不要選擇這間。
