Very good products,Very bad service.
Contents:
To fix my Arizona,visited a shop in Dunhua-South Taipei and paid NTD1,300.
They said,it takes 2-3 weeks and send me sms when fixed.
(I sometimes can't answer the phone so I requested it.)
After 3 weeks,still no message or apology about it.
Products are very good.
But their service made me very and very disappointed.
Taiwanese often says "I'm just thinking about calling you!".
Those kind of excuses make me very uncomfortable...
I don't need any excuses and don't want to waste my time since I have already paid the fee.
I request them contact me ASAP and apologize for their negligence with an attitude of sincerity!
