為1920年代建立的多媒體戲院，是當時台北最先進且完善的戲劇表演場地。永樂座樓高四層，外觀華麗，外部建築為巴洛克式風格，仿造法國劇院打造，內部構造則仿造東京帝國劇場的規模。

In 2019, BITO will be here as an animation and film design company office. From the Digital Gallery on the first floor, the office space of different departments on the second and third floors, to the public space on the fourth floor, Bito has created an open office space where "good design comes from good life".
The multimedia theater built for the 1920s was the most advanced and complete theater performance venue in Taipei at that time. Yongleza is a four-story building with a magnificent exterior. The exterior building is in Baroque style, imitating the French theater, and the internal structure is imitating the scale of the Tokyo Imperial Theater.
