★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was my fault, I may not visit in the Chinese new year holidays. Too many visitors to serve meals. I felt the crew was exhausted. Orders were accepted after one hour telling me behind the counter. Maybe I got the wrong time for visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not hygiene at all becuase they allow cats to move around the kitchen area freely even when they are making foods the cats just goes by and they don't do anything about it and many mosquitos once getting dark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly as advertised, the Blue Highway Seaview Cafe offers a beautiful sea-view while you enjoy their surprisingly wide variety of drinks and foods. When I was here I had the seafood pasta and it tasted very fresh. Drinks were also good. What sets this cafe apart however is the setup of their outdoor seating (making it so everyone can have a nice view), rooftop seating for both a mountain and sea view, and their modern and classy indoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sorry but besides the view, simply overpriced, understaffed and worst dine in service i have experienced. Never coming here again. 650 nt approx for 4 hot beverages which took 40 minutes and they couldnt even find a tray to bring it to you. Americano coffee tastes like water.
