我們喜愛BOCONCEPT此品牌,於是在前些日子開幕不久至台北旗艦門市挑選欲採購沙發。因在2018年時在台北紐約紐約的BOCONCEPT曾下訂一些品項,並在隔年也完成送貨安裝。直到今年到了新門市尋找新的沙發,並告知原會員制的條件,當下門市業務員查詢當時的訂單後,並告知我們他們的會員制一直都是至今始用從沒有我所敘述的方案,請我回去把白紙黑字的會員入會表看清楚。經查詢後發現現今的會員制度已與原先在2018年時所接洽的業務員所述的不同,想請問我原先的權益呢?完成交易後無專人通知後續,當今業務員告知請回去詳讀會員單,並告知我們不該相信貴公司業務員所說,請問貴公司的業務員是不是代表貴公司?還是我們不該相信貴公司的業務員?會員的權益又在哪裡?
