態度非常差而且還把網上反饋意見都刪掉了，故意隱瞞不讓其他消費者發現他們服務糟糕的真相，絕對不是什麽五星級服務式公寓，不要上當

The attitude is very bad and all the online feedbacks have been deleted. The intentional concealment is not to let other consumers discover the truth of their poor service. It is definitely not a five-star serviced apartment. Do n’t be fooled.
