★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the holiday and unlike every other place, there were no crowds. Actually, it's rather small, but it was very serene and a lovely place for a walk after a meal. The Amazon fish were very captivating. Anyone else remember playing Amazon Trail as a kid?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have been to singapore botanical garden, definately there will be a huge comparative between both.
But since ticket is only NT20, you can still find some enjoyment over here with flora, why not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge tall green house with a waterfall in the middle, lots of tropical plants and some flowers, beautiful stone arrangements, big aquarium with 1.2 m long fresh water fish, tropical little frogs... and the undesirable mosquitoes which will bite you hard if you don't go prepared with mosquitoes repellent spray or cream. Entrance in the green house is only 20 twd per adult and exploring the paths around the green house is free. There's a interesting butterfly metalic sculpture at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the garden is good. The main exhibits of the dome is closed (we heard till August 2019), so it's pretty much a waste if you are coming all the way (like we did with our toddler) to see the rain forest in the dome as it is closed. So plan well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice walk through a small but enjoyable botanical garden. The outdoor areas are free to explore, but the blue-frame greenhouse charges a small entrance fee. Wildlife roams free through the outdoors areas, including small lizards and large birds that like to eat them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the glass enclosed area, there's also a great trail that meanders around outside it. Makes for a cool, shady stroll on a hot summer day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opposite to botanical garden there is movie show and a small museum. I think the movie is for the kids. There is a large park too.
