★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location but similarity to the other shopping malls that belong to this chain- I often wonder who designs the "traffic flow" for shopping and also shops to be invited.
I find it difficult to buy anything from this building. They have some good restaurants here and this is the primary reason for my visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle treated us a meal here (and ordered as well) but the staff were very friendly and the decor very... Jade. They had a nice selection of spirits behind the bar and although I ordered a neat scotch (single malt) ended up receiving a cocktail instead. (didn't mind since it was a nice drink)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean , somehow, eat here is expensive. But all the restaurants has special food and nice eating environment , besides lots to see, fashion clothes and luxury items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of a massive shopping complex adjacent to the City Hall MRT station. You can find nearly anything imaginable there or nearby, without ever going outdoors. Lots of places to eat as well.
