★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often go there but today the service was very unprofessional. Seeing the waitress running in the café I’ve never seen that before, it’s not a fast-food even in the food court waitress smiles at you and very patient. Also no waiter available it was 4pm and they weren’t full.
They gave me a table which was not comfortable for eating, the sit was too low and the table too high. I could tell that the waitress was lost.
And I asked the drink and the meal to be served at the same time but the drink came a long time after so my food was getting colder.
So I’m wondering what those 10% service are for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Buna cafe in neihu and it's my first visit at xinyi branch. I had focaccia set today and it was delicious! However, I felt the service of the staff can improve and will be nice if my coffee can be served with a sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed with the food. They have a very nice coffee machine and delicate coffee cups. I had high expectations for their food at the beginning. Except salad the rest of them just let me down. Seafood platter is overly greasy. I expect some seasoning flavors from seafood platter and french fries. They are just plain. The pizza crust can be thinner. The good thing about its pizza is that the pizza crust is not soggy. The service came to my surprise. Very sweet waitresses and good service attitude. Just hope they can improve their food.
