★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給一顆星都覺得很勉強,申請在超商繳費入帳時間明明寫的是六天。打到服務專線詢問不停的被轉到不同處室甚至還轉錯單位,服務人員聽到已經六天後開始強調需要 六個‘’ 工作天‘’,甚至告知已經六個‘’工作天‘’後,又改口說了「如果為了‘’貪圖方便‘’使用超商繳費,一般來說那是需要‘’十個工作天‘’入帳的」。
1. 請問為什麼不一開始就標明正確的入帳天數,導致民眾有疑問
2. 不太清楚是因為已經超過原訂作業時間才改口還是真的需要這麼久的工作時間
3. 民眾有問題打電話詢問卻被單位說成為了「貪圖方便」做事,那請問為什麼要設立這種繳費方式呢?

1. Why don’t you indicate the correct number of days to credit the account at the beginning, causing people to have questions
