★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have had in Taiwan! Two people at our table didn't get any food, spoke to the waitress about it and she didn't even try to rectify / apologize. When one person spilled drink she looked at the situation and simply walked away instead of trying to help. Spoke to staff about missing orders, didn't apologise, try to bring missing food, offer free dessert or discount, nothing!
Most of the food was "sold out", no steaks, no risotto, no fish. Shrimp pasta and brownie were excellent, pizza weird but ok. Didn't enjoy no alcohol available. Waiters turned music to unbearable levels before closing time.
Will not return or recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went back to this restaurant after having pretty bad service the first time I went there, so giving them the benefit of the doubt, having just opened and maybe having teething problems I went there a second time the service was somehow even worse. I tried the pide and quesadillas which were both ordinary at best. On a positive note the coffee was pretty good and it’s nice having outdoor seating.
