清燉牛肉麵的肉沒有腥味，一點點嚼勁，很好吃，湯頭清爽，拉麵Q彈。
紅燒牛肉麵，對我來說較為清淡，肉也太過軟爛，但也還不錯。
至於小菜部分就顯得普通很多，尤其豆皮超硬。
總結來說，份量足，肉量給的很有誠意又美味，對得起價錢。
如果要外帶還可以提前先用line訂購，老闆回覆確定完成訂購後，只要按時間去付款取貨即可，超級方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 營業前半個小時就開始排隊的店，店面雖然小但是很乾淨，小菜也不多都不錯吃，清燉牛肉麵跟紅燒牛肉麵的肉部位不一樣，一樣軟嫩好吃，重點是沒有腥味，湯很清味道很夠，所以排隊是值得的

11點16分到，門口已經在排隊了，老闆11點33分開門，順利的第一批進入，點了朋友推薦的清燉牛肉麵，真的是很讚，我平時不吃清燉牛肉麵，因為絕大多數的店家，清燉湯頭都不行，但是蔡家的清燉讓我覺得非常讚。
吃完打包一碗紅燒牛肉麵回家，請老闆給我生麵，晚上再自己煮，紅燒牛肉麵的味道沒有太特別，比起他家的清燉湯頭真的是太普通了，外面許多紅燒牛肉麵甚至比他們好很多。（他們家紅燒牛肉跟清燉牛肉用的肉不一樣）
