★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older ladies at the checkout counters, and the bakery sections are great, especially a few in particular. They recognise me, and always offer helpful advice. Love them! But I can't say the same for the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a big supermarket in the area and has many things that you can't find in smaller supermarkets. However, the selection of salad veggies and imported stuff is limited compared to their TianMu branch. The number of staff to help you is less and the organisation and detailer could be more streamlined. However, it's a good place to find a variety of stuff including electronics, home decor, groceries and vitamins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection is not as great as other Carrefours but the aisles are spacious and it's conveniently located next to the tram station. The workers are friendly and courteous. They offer free delivery if you spend a certain about and have a Carrefour account. The delivery is not same day and you have to pack everything in boxes. So no perishables can be included or any fragile items, especially those made of glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very bad sewage smell problem around 1F toilets & outside nearby entrance (seems to happen very often). Please invest in proper sewage infrastructure.
2. Upstairs (2F) toilets can also be smelly. Please use urinal deodorising blocks (小便池除臭塊)!!
3. Outside roofed entrance area drips rain water in more than one place, leading to big puddles & buckets that one has to take care to walk around.
4. No improvements on above 3 problems for over 2 years!
5. Customer service is good, generally friendly, very helpful. An improvement from past years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find what you need and takes US Visa cards. Friendly and helpful staff! Yummy variety of restaurants in the building for meals and snacks. Love Carrefour Taiwan!
