非常想給到負分... 理賠人員的態度超爛的....聯絡的口氣有夠差 好像是受害者在找他們麻煩一樣 被撞已經很慘了還要被保險人員兇 原本小火都被他們搞到大火了 勸各位車主慎選理賠人員!

要不是最低1顆星 不然連1顆星也不想給 車禍判決早就出來了 結果理賠專員不跟客戶聯絡 要客戶自己去問 問理賠專員事情 也都一問三不知 甚至連自己講過要準備哪些文件也都忘記 真的厲害:) 最後推卸責任給客戶 認為理賠程序是客戶要自己去跟對方保險公司聯絡還有跑流程 貴公司沒有幫忙客戶處理車禍流程的服務 那這樣我繳保費是繳心酸的嗎 任何服務都沒有 真的爛到有剩^_^
