第二、承保規定疾病等待期：30天。專員質疑我們在30天內申請理賠有延誤就醫的道德問題，是否等30天後才做治療疾病才是真的存在道德問題。
希望窗口承辦人員清楚相關規定並明確告知。
另外等待期的規定對於剛領養的幼貓而言根本是規避理賠的營利行為。
First, when applying for the application, the window organizer only said that it would take effect from 12:00 on the same day, and did not inform the waiting period for the disease. So we took the kitten for a physical checkup on the next day after insured and started the follow-up treatment.
Second, the waiting period for covered diseases: 30 days. The commissioner questioned the moral issue of delaying medical treatment when we applied for a claim within 30 days, and whether it was a real moral issue to wait for 30 days to treat the disease.
It is hoped that the window contractors will understand the relevant regulations and inform them clearly.
In addition, the provision of the waiting period is basically a profitable behavior to avoid claims for newly adopted kittens.
