臨櫃開戶搞一個禮拜都沒消息
打電話給客服抱怨突然就馬上開好了????
開戶的時候業務員任何告知義務都沒有完成
只不斷叫你簽名
最後要自己再改一堆設定(單日交易上限20萬是在跟我開玩笑?)
手續辦完連一張名片也沒留
完全不知道要聯絡誰
超級差的開戶經驗
台灣有很多其他證券可以選擇
建議各位離開這裡 不要浪費你的時間
如果真的要辦國泰 也不要來館前分公司
這裡的業務員只會要你簽名任何解說都沒有
問問題還會被當白癡直接忽略
對了!我打這些搞不好館前的業務員還樂的開心這樣客人少一點 整天在辦公室吹冷氣就好

他們說只能負責買賣,就像手機的app自己操作一樣,
建議可以開其他銀行的證卷更好,買賣誰不會呢?!
如果買了一百種股票,一百種股代有任何問題,只能自己去解決一百次,並且只能自行聯繫,
國泰證卷不會做任何的協助,因為不在他們負責範圍。
電話裡的態度和觀感!只會讓你覺得你不該應該打過來詢問任何問題的感覺⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事先打電話詢問前往開戶需要攜帶的文件等問題,態度相當良好,口吻親切。依照預約時間攜帶文件前往開戶,就有專人服務,除了在樓下銀行辦理委託帳戶要久等外,其餘的專人服務都很優!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因要申貸需要紙本存摺有特別告知來櫃需求,櫃員提醒後申請後就取消App電子存摺,在我猶豫時櫃員直接就快速作業中了~也沒有在次確認我的意願
同時間左右鄰坐的來櫃的貴賓們大聲的詢問其他專員問題時,真心聽不到,幫我服務的人員是在說什麼,很容易分心聽到他們說的話題~
覺得這裡是不是國泰世華應該是傳統市場?,沙發等待區跟櫃台諮詢問題,需要把耳朵靠近辦事人員,因彼此戴上口罩我無法讀上唇語⋯
最後辦理人員給予我ㄧ本只有1天的股票交割記錄,並說明是印出半年-1年的記錄,因爲隔壁的大爺你講話真的很大聲,我又問了一次,是半年到1年的記錄?為什麼只有我3/17的1次記錄?我很納悶的又聽她跳針的說ㄧ次!我感覺或許我在問ㄧ次她還是會再來一次安可跳針,可能我不是大爺也不是貴婦,只有3/17把股票ㄧ次都賣出剩下0張股票很容易被無視吧!辦理人員希望我快走吧⋯
不知道這是只印出來1天記錄是屬正常現象,還是坐中間櫃臺短髮的大姐櫃員特別為我獨家設計?我從去年5月至今付出的交割買賣50次,只換得一日記錄!!

辦理人員你們工作都很辛苦,要面對工作台的設計不良,服務客戶時都需要練好丹田護好喉嚨才能溝通順暢~
