★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年9月跟朋友開福特休旅車穿短褲拖鞋去看房子 明明有業代在樓上帶客人看房 就是不給我們看 一樓保全的眼神好像我們是罪犯一樣站在我們背後一直盯著很不舒服 說叫我們留資料業務會聯絡也沒打來 隔週朋友直接開麥拉倫650s插在你們家門口 經理出來跟小狗一樣搖尾巴接待 報價一戶六千多萬 實際成交四千多萬而已 也差的太離譜了吧 房子外觀是滿漂亮的 可惜業管和代銷讓它格調變低了 一樓店面根本就是鬼屋 加上這邊沒有人流 竹北現在空成這樣 之後只會跌更慘 建議想買的人要三思
