看評論說服務態度不是很好
但我個人沒覺得態度差
詢問都很有耐心回覆
只是作業速度真的有點慢?

磁條密碼與卡片密碼也不講清楚，只說個只要輸入密碼就可以！

又再一次因為外匯來到這間分行 遇到一位姓張的員工越講越火大，每次來都是都是火大收場

只是解鎖提款卡可以花超過半小時。
（排隊快一小時另算…）
櫃員不會操作還請兩個同事來幫忙，
還問一定要解鎖嗎。
啊我就是來解鎖的啊啊啊！！！！
然後電腦就當機了。
