近期欲至南崁店消費時經常遇到已經到營業時間了但鐵門仍只開一半,大部分時候是約早上11:00時經過要去買飲料,但都沒有人。按了桌上的電鈴仍然沒有人出現,不知道是什麼意思,到底是有開還是沒有開,好歹貼個公告吧! 日前使用Line的系統訂餐,預訂11:10至南崁店取餐,訂餐完系統上看不到訂單狀態不知是否已被接單。本人仍在取餐時間前往店內想要確認,但就遇到上述狀況,鐵門開一半按鈴卻無人理會,在現場等了約5分鐘完全沒有人便離開了。系統上也找不到任何地方可以取消訂單。到了中午12:30左右便接到南崁店的電話通知我去取飲料,我便告知以上的狀況,店員不但沒有感到抱歉還一直強迫我一定要去取餐,表示飲料已經做好了要我去取。他表示訂單是12點左右才看到的,並且已經做好了,要我去取餐。我表示訂單延遲出現並非我的問題吧! 不清楚訂餐系統是如何出單的,但正常來說應該會顯示訂餐、取餐時間吧,我是11:10取餐,當時已經過了取餐時間,難道不是應該先打電話確認是否還需要嗎,怎麼會做了以後又強迫我要去取餐,非常不合理! 店員聽完後只詢問是否還需要,我表示不用之後店員一句話都沒說就直接掛電話,非常沒有禮貌! 茶聚很好喝,但是南崁店的態度另人完全不想再去消費! 已經至官網反應狀況,希望不要再得到罐頭回覆! 每則差評底下都只會回覆加強訓練,但仍然可以看到許多人都遇到送錯餐的狀況或是員工態度問題,可見根本就沒有改善,請不要一再回覆一樣的訊息,請認真改善此類情況!
