 On the same day, the instrument of the original rented vehicle displayed an abnormal light. After the call responded, the car was driven back, and the staff on duty immediately arranged another high-end car to replace it, and the treatment was completed within 1 hour. When returning the vehicle, he also actively assisted in cleaning up the garbage on the vehicle. The service staff are enthusiastic and proactive, and are very proactive in dealing with problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud, foreigners! Please dont rent from them, Worst company i have ever seen. They denied the international driving permit issued by the government. They wasted whole day and spoiled the trip. I already rent in taiwan from other companies and i could rent it even after they denied. So please dont rent from them. Never make any online payment to this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware you will need an international drivers licence if you are from the UK. They told us they cannot accept one obtained online, even though it is valid in Taiwan. We suspect they had just rented out our car already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service here. There was an earthquake in Taipei which halted train services, was able to rent a car last minute here to complete the next leg of our trip to Taichung. Price was very reasonable and the car was very clean and just what we needed for two people (could fit 4 as well). Attendant was very informative and spoke good English too.
