The staff refused to help me transfer money abroad, saying that maybe someone was trying to trick me, and askimg me why I wanted to send money abroad. Are you kidding me? Am I dreaming? Did this really just happen? I've banked with Chang Hwa for 16 years, and never had a problem at other branches. I went to the Shilin branch and they helped me to exactly what I wanted to do in 5 minutes in and out. I'm a nice guy and so I'll just leave it at that, but I would strongly recommend going to the branch near Zhishan station rather than Beitou, unless you just need to take out cash.
