★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等了一個多小時，兩位服務員終於出現一個空位了，結果他不叫號，反而兩位服務員一起服務剩下那一位客人。我又再等到其中一位服務員不需要幫忙了，所以一位應該是有空的，就自己走過去綜合櫃檯旁邊等待，因為下一個就是我了。結果！竟然！有空的那位拿著杯子摔門走出綜合櫃檯，自己上二樓休息去了！！！
而且，這一個多小時裡，一般櫃檯很多空位，但是就是沒人能幫我，我只能罰站一個小時等你們的服務員休息！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了很多評論都是不好的，上週抱著被罵的決心到了福和分行，結果出乎意外充滿歡樂，而且速度很快喔！感謝服務處的先生和小姐解惑。當中有位婆婆有點情緒，但是行員也是心平氣和的說明，沒有生氣。只是那個門 可以趕快修一下嗎？不知道的客人會以為你們在生氣甩門，其實是靜音墊壞了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來，下午3:10進入大廳. 沒幾個客人在等候. 我站在大廳入口 東張西望 尋找 叫號機, 就在我右手邊 不到一步的距離, 一位穿著警衛制服的先生正 趴在小櫃台上, 專心的 用小剪刀在 修剪 他的指甲！ 擋著 發放號碼牌的 黑色小機器. 我巡視了整個營業廳, 就是找不到 該去哪裡 拿那一張 該死的 號碼紙！也沒看到 有服務人員可以詢問, 就 客氣地去問那一位 警衛先生. 這時候 他放下 小剪刀, 問我來辦什麼業務？ 然後從 被他 趴著 擋住的小櫃台上的一台黑色的小機器上 抽了一張號碼紙給我, 然後繼續去剪他的 指甲！
為我服務的行員 非常客氣而且 專業.
