★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如同眾多評論說的開戶等很久,建議前來辦理業務的人,等比較有空閒時再來。動線不清楚到辦完開戶花了三小時(沒誇大),但其實開戶小姐很利落,感覺是人員不夠,服務態度都很好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前面櫃檯的姐姐人很好,後面辦提款卡申請業務的就很不ok,在那邊給我滑手機團購,還給我圍一圈討論颱風,好不容易坐下來不到一分鐘又給我跑走,等了超久終於願意辦了結果跟我說那不是它的業務要我重新抽號碼牌去櫃檯辦,結果人家兩分鐘就用了,後面到底在幹嘛,效率真的是有夠好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次去,選擇在還沒有開始營業的時候就先去等,因為聽說開戶要等比較久,等到開始營業後,先抽了張號碼牌,由於不懂現場動線,於是問了現場人員,也親切的回應我在右邊可辦理開戶,開戶的兩位小姐也細心的詢問開戶的目的作用,並協助辦理相關事宜,並告知後來的客戶需要等一個小時才能辦理,因為開戶需要較長的時間,這裡開戶後需要過一個禮拜才能拿到銀行卡。
在這開戶會建議先到網路上填寫些文件可以縮短一點現場開戶的時間,給客戶與現場人員方便,此次開戶因為我有先上網預填資料,所以開戶時間沒有超過過一小時就已經完成。
現場人員在你有問題詢問時,會熱心的回答你,而與現場人員不相關的是動線燈號需要加強,開戶的那裡沒見到燈號或標示,第一次來的人會搞不清楚要抽號碼牌等還是直接過去辦理,尤其在人多的時候,客戶與銀行人員會因此情緒不快。
