好不容易輪到我，還被插隊，撲克臉行員直接讓我去二樓站著辦開戶 (所以前面排隊花時間等，都是等心酸的)

舊思維服務模式，該淘汰了
金融卡損壞，辦新卡要收100元，
還要等一個星期才能領卡，收了費還要再等一週，
然後再請假去領卡.... 真得讓人很不開心！
