這位葉素幸小姐接觸兩次都像我浪費她很多時間一樣,第一次只會只會質問我電話怎麼了,而且是連續問的那種( 因為電話設定問題接不到該行電話,但有回撥 )一來一往之間互相還是沒聯絡上,所以又連續被她質問!!感覺真的極差!!第二次一樣臨櫃告知有收到該行通知而過來,一樣用她質疑的口氣詢問我:什麼時候?叫什麼名字?就走去後面翻閱我的資料說可是沒有資料欸( 這也是我的問題嗎!! )
PS. 剛好兩次去辦業務都遇到她要外出,也許是我打擾到她了!!!

服務櫃檯上沒有半個人等了25分鐘
來了一個阿婆抽2612直接坐在服務櫃檯
這時服務櫃檯人員才出現,並且開始叫號
於是我到櫃檯去櫃檯人員跟我說他先服務2612
我整個黑人問號,所以此分行不用抽號碼牌是嗎
貴銀行11:50就開始休息時間了是嗎?
一句抱歉也沒有就直接服務插隊的客人?
再來櫃檯人員詢問我要辦什麼業務,
我回答並且講所需文件一併交付,
但因為同時處理2612的客人,
櫃檯人員直接把帶有個資的資料暫時丟在桌上,
代表此銀行對於客戶的個資並不在意也沒有保護的動作
此銀行效率態度真的極差, 一顆星都不想給
