★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯人員很親切，醫師說明也很仔細，雖然之前已經說過了，還是再重複叮嚀用藥注意事項。藥師態度不佳，叫錯名字，跟她說還一臉不開心，現在網路這麼方便發達，字不懂都可以查，或者稱呼某先生/小姐。被亂改名字，不開心的應該是我吧⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不知道評論為何這麼兩極化，個人首次看診，醫生護理師態度都很好，醫生診斷解釋很清楚也沒有打斷我敘述病症。藥師講解用藥語速較快，但也沒有態度不好，問問題會回答
I don't know why the comments are so polarized. When I first saw a doctor, the attitude of the doctor and nurse was very good. The doctor's diagnosis and explanation were very clear and did not interrupt my description of the symptoms. The pharmacist explained the medicine in a fast language, but he did not have a bad attitude. He would answer questions when he asked questions.

但我媽媽某次給週四固定代理的醫師看診，態度不好、沒耐心、說話態度不友善…
說我媽媽可能身體出現非常嚴重的狀況，但我媽媽身體檢查都很ok，請代理醫師說話態度好一點，大家都是不舒服才來看診，別引起病人的恐慌好嗎？謝謝！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診所的醫師非常不專業，一問三不知。我問了兩個關於蚊蟲咬傷的問題但他都無法用專業的角度回答。總共在診所待不到五分鐘，他居然好意思收費五百元（我是自費）
This doctor is extremely unprofessional. I asked him two questions about insect bites and he was not able to give me a professional opinion. He just kept saying that he does not know because he is not at my house, he can’t check the environment. He couldn’t even come up with possibilities of what the bite marks COULD be. I did not want him to give a definitive answer, but maybe just narrow down to a few things that it could be. Unfortunately he could not even do that. He had the audacity to charge me $500NT for consultation. Granted I did not have insurance so it was out of pocket, but the charge was completely outrageous!
